SUMMER OF CERAMICS 2019

Lincolnshire’s historic Doddington Hall is hosting a Summer of Ceramics, opening in July with exhibitions of contemporary art presented alongside its extraordinary ceramics collection gathered over 300 years. There will be new displays and tours, talks and demonstrations from leading artists, makers and ceramics experts.

DODDINGTON HALL TO HOST ITS FIRST EVER CERAMICS SHOW
This July Lincolnshire’s Doddington Hall will be building on its 400-year history and opening a new chapter with the unveiling of its first ever Ceramics Exhibition.

Lucille Lewin shortlisted for Young Masters 2017

Lucille Lewin’s work is the result of research into the origins of 18th Century European porcelain, and the alchemists who invented it.  The work references the Victorian Cabinet of Curiosities, and the early microscopic photographs of the natural world by Karl Blosfeldt.

RCA Popup Show 2016

Preston Fitzgerald, collector of art and antiques, owns a beautiful home from which he has let students from the RCA’s ceramics and glass course stage a sale. The RCA students approached Fitzgerald and his partner Cedric Smith with the idea of exhibiting work in a private home.
